Sorry to tell you that your item is a fantasy item of fairly recent vintage. As far as a value as an original coca-cola item, it has no value because it is not authentic.
As a "decorator item" it may be worth a few bucks. Sorry for the bad news.

Thanks for the information.I was wondering how you know its a fantasy item.Ive been looking for years and only found one that EN.ALLEXPERTS.COM/.../2009/9-COLA-LAMP.HTM Says its highly collectible and highly sought after.
Ive had offers in the past and turned down $200.00 .I'll pay $200 if anybody has one for sale.

cocacolaman62, As little bit of background as to how I know . . . I have done this every day of my life for 35 years. I have studied every piece of literature available on the topic, know most of the major collectors and dealers, have loaned to museums, and contributed to books. I go to many of the major advertising shows, and major auctions. Not to mention spending many thousands of dollars on items over the years. In short I have invested many many hundreds of hours into becoming an expert on the topic. Once you have that database of information, to draw upon it isn't hard to know what is good and what isn't. As far as the lamp, the bottle design is completely wrong, as it is shaped like a 1930's whistle or smile orange soda bottle, and the logo is drawn somewhat clumsily. Those two items would never have passed muster at the company, and they are a tell-tale sign something isnt right. Respectfully, if you like it enjoy it. I am not trying to make you mad in any way. I am simply passing on to you the type of information people passed on to me when I was beginning.

Im not mad at all and will take your words and thank you for them.I can tell you know what your talking about and hope your not mad in any way.If you are then go have a coke.lol
      Thanks for your time.

No not at all. I glad you took it the supportive way it was intended, and you are not mad. It is hard sometimes not to come off too harsh in emails, since you cant judge the demeanor of who you are talking to! I decided to actively participate in this forum, because I am afraid that with the way things are, most people (particularly younger collectors) purchase items without face to face interaction, and the due diligence of learning about the hobby. There are a lot of vultures out there who are ruining the hobby by providing fake items and false information. Discussing items like this in depth is how educate others and bring new energized collectors into the fold. We MUST be educated so we spend our precious money wisely!
