    It looks like a jug for pouring something, it as a narrow inside neck. i would say size about 1/4inch. its 9inches tall, 23/4 wide at the bottom the top from the handle to the tip of the pouring 4inches. the handle as 3 flowers and 13 little balls sticking out.

      I have a similar one that is either brass or bronze; I actually just posted it on here. Mine is stamped Made in Italy on the bottom, but I have no idea what it is for either.
