They're Both Vintage Bartender's Fruit-Citrus Knives with bottle caplifters, and Rosewood Handles.
They have different shaped bottle openers in the center of them, between the blade and the handle.
One is stamped WARCO
Both are stamped STAINLESS STEEL JAPAN
The fork tipped knife is great for spearing olives or onions from a jar, then turns around as a serving piece on even the finest cheese plate. With its long blade and it measures 12" long overall, it's ideally sized.
It's fit and finish are superb and its graceful lines will look right at home in any gourmet kitchen, amateur or professional alike.
They're also great for camping, and very handy to have on the boat as well.
I'm giving these to the hubster, for his boat. I figured he could use them to cut up bait and open beer bottles with his firefighter buddies when crabbing.

The Hubster loves these, he's excited about using the forked one when grilling. He says there's going to be a whole lot of flipping then popping going on.
