I have a set of four (WWII?) Military stainless steel divided food trays.
They have 6 different sections, in assorted sizes.
I did not find any markings or name on them. Other than what looks like a foreign language.
I bought them from a seller that was new to ebay. He advertised them as prison food trays, with gang encrypted messages on the back. I believe its just a foreign language.
I thought they would be great on a buffet table filled with assorted condiments and toppings.
They would also make great plates for the boat or camping.
Don't have to worry about breakage.
They measure
12" x 15 3/4"
So cool! I'll be looking for some of these for self. : )
Thank you so much for the kind words and love miKKo :-)
They're actually plentiful out there. I was very to get mine at a very good price. Good luck, I hope you do also.
Thank you for the love xo agh
Very cool.... I think you are starting a trend here... I may have to get some too...
Thanks great Doc :-) I sure hope you find a great deal on them.
I've had them for a few months now, the hubster just saw them yesterday when I pulled them out to photograph them. He loves them, and suggested using them along with the vintage bartender knives when he's grilling.
Thanks for the love xo

Hi Aimathena, Hope you had a great Christmas. I also want to wish you a safe and Happy New Year! Your trays are really neat, and I have several myself, although they have alot more wear and tear on them. The only markings on the back of mine are US, although any other markings could have worn off over time. Take care and be safe over the holidays! Thrifty
Good morning, and Thank you for the love xo

Thank you for the kind words and information TG. Happiest of holidays to you as well.
they are similiar to WWII style stainless steel mess trays, but they look a little different shape than US issue
I usually pull mine out to use for Thanksgiving dinner
