This was my grandmother's ID bracelet, and I apologize for the horrible picture quality! My main question is about the unusual claw-like clasp. Does anyone know approximately when they made a Sterling Silver piece like this with such a difficult and seemingly unreliable fixture? It defers me from attempting to wear it for fear of losing it. Thank you for the help!
