I figured that I would give the shakers a bit of a rest.
I find oil lamps particularly hard to attribute. Maybe its because Im more of a collector than a reseacher. But I do find them interesting from the lamp to the different burners and chimneys.
So, I cant tell you much about most that I post but I love collecting them!

Maybe there is someone out there who can help with the IDing.

The First (Blue & White) Opaline is European, late 1800's-early 1900's possibly French-Czech. The second one could be by Sandwich Glass Co. or a contemporary like New England Glass Co. and dates 1860's...the shade is too big and not original to the lamp. It probably was on a Sinumbra or Solar type lamp. The third lamp is in Custard Glass and in the Heart pattern, dates late 1880's-1900. Not sure who made it. The 4th lamp is possibly by Atterbury Glass Co. based on their patented brass stem connector and Gem base. If you look closely, you will see the patent date. It has a very interesting Atterbury "Marbled-finish" glass GEM base and a frosted and ruby stained "saturn" font. The brass burner and shade holder look pretty interesting but the oversized and drab shade is a little too much for it. This lamp dates 1860's-1870's. RER(BOB)
