"BURNS" Telephone Brackets & old Brochure

Here is a "Burns" telephone bracket brochure and two examples of the different "Hi - Lo" brackets offered. They have date stamps of 1914. Brochure shows all the options offered for these. With mine one on right side would hold a Candlestick style phone (straight stem). The one on left would hold a Western Electric 102 or 202 (bulging stem).
As a kid I remember the tv show "Munsters" had one of these brackets on their candlestick phone. In their "coffin" phone booth.
