    Hi guys happy new year :) hope you are well

    I came across some interesting pieces one of which is this water colour painting, I'm not a expert but I'm sure this is not a print but can't be 100% it looks like something from the cat in the Hat, Dr Seuss ? But I'm not sure.
    I can't work out who the artist is giselao ?
    It was in a frame but I had to take it out to have a closer look, it was seal on the back of the frame with a unusual Sellotape, I've never seen or at lease noticed this type before.
    Any help would be great, thanks
