PINK OPALINE GLASS VASE / BOWL

I would like to know who made this lovely vase .
I bought it after Inky pointed it out to me and said I could have it ( generous soul she is x x x) .
It is made from a fine pink opaline ( iridescent ) Glass to which a clear glass foot has been added and then the whole blown into an internally ribbed mold .
To this fine enemaling and guilding of scrolling vines and flowers .
3 1/2 " High X 4 " diameter.
It glows in daylight but does not appear to have any uranium content.
