Donkey Cart license plate from Chipiona Spain in 1971. It was issued to me in 1971 while I was stationed on the submarine tender at the Rota Spain Naval Station as the Master Diver.

Are you going to leave this dangling? OK, I'll bite. Why did you need the license while working on a sub tender. Why do I get this feeling that you are just waiting for somebody to ask? I feel a funny story coming!
Yep I worked on the ship but lived in town. Had a donkey and a son so built a cart and got a ticket for putting it on the highway. Yep then was sold this plate.
Knew you wanted an opening to tell the story. Lived on an island where donkey was common transport. I've never heard a donkey experience story so short. LOL
Blunderbuss
Noticed your gun and your handle
So I could mention that I also a few old ball and cap guns and many others that I am finally going to have to "weed" down.
Poste them & share with us. Many CW members love guns & especially old ones. They always get good responses so pull out that Colt Paterson & take pics!
I was hoping this would develop more as I have a good real life true donkey story, & there wasn't even a real donkey involved! Oh well.
