    I am trying to obtain the history of this rod and reel. When it was made and what company or store made it. The Penn Senator Reel is a 16/0 .

      Just a quick check for you... they are still in business and Senator is still a series, you may need to find a model or serial number for more identification. The PENN web site would probably provide accurate details..
