This was a nice find. I've try to find out who made it but haven't had much lucky. I'm not sure what it's made of, maybe the stem is plastic but if it is I dout they are real diamonds. The pattern part is metal. It's got a art deco look to it.
If anyone can help me know anything bout this would really help me out.
