    Cebus Capucinus Monkey Skull, Signed Mount reads "Argentina 1936"
    *Note - Small skull fracture on top, probably cause of death.

      I hate myself for asking, but did this just "capture your fancy" in a shop? A "head-shop"? If this species is as loud & irritating as Howlers, I can easily understand the cracked skull.

      "Capture my fancy" lol! If I could be so lucky as to walk into a "head shop" and find such, I actually have to hunt for my goodies and few are lucky enough to keep there heads in the process he he he!. Poor monkey never seen it coming lol.

      Ok serious note, I purchased this from a lady that said her grandfather hunted him in Argentina. I like her story, seems to fit the piece well.

      Have you ever lived in the jungle with Howlers? Hated monkeys ever since! LOL. I could have fun with this poste but trying to refrain.

      Lol.... No I can't say as I have. I happen to love monkeys, but if I was around a howler for any length of time I'm sure that might change rapidly. blunderbuss2
