My little Russian milk jug

This was given to me from my uncle. He told me a friend of his who pasted away left it to him. He said that it was brought to the US by his parents who escaped from Russia. ( not sure of the story).
It measures approximately 7"x 7" , primitive in design and decoration
with double headed eagle and vine like motif. Colors are cream background with black,yellow and blue.
Any information of where it may be from and date, maker etc..... would be great!
