Stonie
(99 items)
Started with this, ended up with that. Was given a old unmarked Muscle Bike frame and decided to build it to the way I would of liked it in the early 70's, so after rebuilding it from old parts I had laying around and a lot of searching for parts I did not have, I came up with this creation that I Called Rat Stink, giving it that Rat Fink theme.
Make these in 3 wheel form (hated to say tricycle) & you will make a fortune selling these in S. FL! I'll probably invest.
LOL, I bet I would. :)
Very cool!..lol!..I can see most kids would wanting one of these...it almost!!.. has a bit of a chopper look to it!...:-)))
one word......AWSOME!!
Thanks Everyone :)
I WANT ONE OF THE TRICYCLES for SOUTH CALI...
See Stonie. And a demand is born!
Great, I'm busy enough with my day job. LOL
Quit the day job and do these... :)
Sweet!!!
Neat bike, but FANTASTIC looking house in the background! Yours? Beatiful colors and wrap around porch... I love it.
scott
Yep, my house that I've been restoring and love the old place. :) I think I'll keep my day job LOL
That is Awesome, I would ride that.
Everything is spectacular...the bike, the house and the idea of starting a bike business. I'm in!
Thanks :)
Very cool for shade. Is there much wind resistance when peddling? Great house too.
Only when you ride very fast :)
I would be the one trying to get lift off. But it looks like you've got that covered. Is that a wheelie bar?
Yep a wheelie bar and drag slick tire.
You've thought of just about everything. The chain even looks like it glows in the dark.
Funny you mention that, at night I flip a switch and it has neon green lighting that glows below the bike along with a Red Taillight that's in the shape of Rat Fink.
Stonie, I'm well knowledgeable about these & can tell you how to cure the wind resistance. make long slotted flapper type slots in the back canvass. Horizonal would probably be best as they would automatically close as you slow or it rains, by gravity. Easy, cheap solution. bonne chance. Is there stock available yet?
No stock yet, but know there's several people wanting me to make them. :)
Take the stock Stonie LoL
awesome bike
Stonie where did you find those round handle bars?I used to have a pair on my bike in the late 70s. I would love to recreate that bike again. Childhood memories memories.
Found them on a old bike that someone had added them to, sold the bike kept the handle bars and put on this bike, have some ram horn handle bars also. You can find the ones pictured on ebay at times for around $120 depending on condition.
That's pretty funny! And creative to say the least!
