This is posted in response to Trunkman's request to show better pictures that could be enlarged when they were clicked. These are better pictures of the trunk. Notice that in picture #3 there is a metal plate where wood should be. I can only guess that, at some point, the wood cracked or broke and they replaced it with the metal.
