This old bowl is in perfect condition for it's age, not many marks to help identify the age or maker, any ideas? a nice piece for decoration, the mark is 8503, and another 3 over on one edge

The number looks German . I don't see the 3 but a extra nmber usually meant mold size . Is there a black mark on bottom ?
the little black mark is just above the numbers very small
