Vintage Miller Oil Pull Down Light

This beautiful light used to hang in our Kitchen and we have used it when the power was out. When you pull on the bottom the shade lifts up for easy lighting. It works extreamely well. The adjustment knob has Miller stamped in it. We bought it from a friend who was going to have it electrified. I would love to have more information on this light. Any information would be appreciated.
