Antique Smoker Stand with Lights - continued

The pictures here are larger than my original posting. This is a find that I can not find information on. There are two sections of the pole that light up. The top and bottom shades (3 at each level) are curved with reverse painted glass (like corregated glass). The ashtray is brass and I believe the rest is metal that has been painted with a brass finish. The ashtray has two cigar/cigarette holders and a match book holder. My other posting shows a picture of this. I'm looking for information on age of item, origin, likely place where it was displayed, etc.
