This is a 2000 P (Philadelphia Mint) Washington Statehood Quarter with a hand-painted reverse. This is the "Massachusetts" State issue and the reverse shows a Minuteman over a map outline of the state with the date of 1788 (when statehood was achieved) and the state motto "The Bay State". Obverse is un-painted and coin condition is uncirculated.

I have a year 2000 one of these. Came to it through regular cash use about 8 years ago and hung on to it because, why not! The face and back are 180 degrees off from each other. Is there any value above face value?
