Mystery piece of marked stoneware. Information?

Howdy,

I'm a bit of a collector and resale picker. This piece of stoneware was part of one of my recent picks. It fascinates me. It appears old, but could just be made with old techniques. The bottom and the design is raw stoneware, and the glaze is dark brown. I'm curious if anyone knows who the maker might be. The mark looks like an O over a T, but that is a guess. I appreciate any information anyone might be able to offer.
