Trying to determine make + manufacturer+ age . I have had this lamp in my possession over 30 years , a gift of the in laws.
Dimensions 21 inches to top of chimney 4 1/2 inch metal base with a molded #2 on the base bottom. Glass components are molded but my guess early glass mold (bubble evident in bottom oval glass piece ).
Thanks in advance for any info.

Strange that the shade is on the bottom but appears to be correct that way. Must be for putting on a shelf.

The lamp dates 1880's-1890's and would have had a reverse painted or transfer scene inside the clear stem. The paint usually dried and fell off as is seen in this lamp. Not sure who made this one. RER(BOB)
