Greetings! I have a nearly identical light (mine has frosted glass, yours look like it's clear) that I purchased from the maker at the Englishtown Flea market in NJ. That was back in the 1980s. The fellow who made the light had me pick out the colors I wanted and the pattern. I think it cost about $350 and I had to wait a couple weeks for him to make it. Since then I've seen lots of similar lights (same pattern) so I think it's a somewhat common or popular one. I still have my light and it's holding up very well. I like the light so much that I even bought another one (in opaque white) from a local thrift store. Not sure if all the shades were made by the same person, but if you're sure your light came from NJ it might have come from the flea market, too.

Hello... Yes Mine is Clear Glass.. I don't know anything about it, EXCEPT my Father found it in a wood pile, covered with leaves and branches, and though I would like it. At the time he found this he lived in Lincroft N.J. and Drove it to Ohio, it arrived on the Thursday, the Day before Hurricane Sandy Struck the (N.J.) area.. The light fixture i acquired at a 2nd Hand store for $2.00 Thank You for the Info..
