Shade and Lamp

Hi! I love lamps and hope to one day have a nice collection of them! I was gifted this lamp and shade from my aunt. She is not sure what year or style the lamp is, it seems to be a light bluish green milk glass and was re-wired. I think they put the lamp back on up side down (print) and the shade is silk and from Europe. The total lamp is about 12/13 inches - 7 in on the lamp, 6 in on the shade. Would love to know what this is style/year perhaps?
