I have been watching this vase appear at our local antiques shows for the last two years, trying to decide whether it was Harrach, Poschinger, or something else. It is signed by the enamelist, A Sacher. I didn't look at it very closely, though. This was mainly because of the price, which I thought was a little too high. Today a confluence of events led to me looking at this piece again, this time discounted fairly heavily, so I looked at the signature a little closer, and I spotted the Lobmeyr cypher beneath the enamelist's signature. Additionally, the rubin color of the glass led me back to Harrach. According to the book From Neuwelt to the Whole World: 300 Years of Harrach Glass, the Sacher family produced a number of glass refiners working in conjunction with Harrach and J Lobmeyr since the early to mid 19th century. 10 inches tall - this is the same type of glass as the famous "tomato" vase I traded with Alfredo to get a year or two ago.
