Acquired this a few months back and haven't had much luck in learning what tribe it may have come from, as well as a time period and possible worth. I know it's very unique as I can't find anything even close to similar on the web. It weighs roughly a pound or so and looks to be made of clay. The hair is real. Features a willow? carrying handle. It's 9" from the top of the head to the bottom and 12 1/2" from the top of the carrying handle to the bottom. Any help in identifying it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time!

Your appears earlier . The Blanket wrapped around them was common to use a Navijo one but she used a few other tribes also :-)

The doll is in a cradle also called a backboard because the back of cradle to carry a baby in had a board for support .
