This tool was found with some old reloading tools at the museum.
It looks like a punch of some kind. We have asked quite a few old timers with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are there any markings?
I've owned & seen a lot of antique reloading equip. But don't see an application for any of those steps. Think it is used for something else. I see more lost sleep trying to figure this out.
It resembles a watch mainspring punch press tool

Thanks Walks. No lost sleep tonite.
I didn't find any pictures of these tool with a lock on it like this one.
We need an expert in watch/clock repair to weigh in on this, hmmmmmmm.... do we have one of them here on CW? :-)
SHOUT OUT TO KERRY
There are no markings at all but it was covered with rust when I found it. I'll post more pictures soon.
It is a Watch Punch. I just found one looking for something else in a 1905 1910 Sears Catalog under watchmakers' and jewelers' tools.
It states:
"Punch, mainspring with four punches and mainspring barrel hook punch. $1.08"
Thank you guys! Great work.
