Hello to all from across the pond, this piece is the largest piece of Moser i have ever seen, standing fourteen inches tall on a quatrofoil foot with stunning gilding (although a little rubbed in some places) covered in foliage and insects, so far i have counted nine insects and my daughter thirteen but she has better eye's than i do, it is also in what i know as custard glass a pale soft yellow thats glows a warm lemon under uv black light.
I am amazed that such a large vase has suffered no damage considering it's delicate nature and the fine stem attatching it to it's base, this is one of the finest pieces of Moser i have ever seen, but that's just my humble opinion x
