    This is the famed KA-BAR used by the Marines in WWII. I am fairly sure this is the Union Cutlery Co version which was made in Olean, New York. It has a bit of the bluing left.
    Probably opened a lot of C Rations and not so many so many enemy sentries.
    Both the top and bottom portion of the blade were sharpened. The edge shows no signs of improper sharpening.
