Hi.. I have a decoy that I'm curious if it's real or not. size is 14" long 7" tall. The body appears to have been roughly carved from a chunk of "tree" with knots and all..the bottom is rough with machine made lines..not carved. Is it a "real" Decoy?? botto33@cox.net if I can list that?

I doubt it was ever used as a decoy with that open knot. It would soak up water and sink. I would sooner think it was a store display or done for practice. Either way it is pretty neat.
