    Two recent posts have raised a few questions about colors and shades of blue and green ... so thought would put up some direct comparisons ...
    Pic 1 is a comparison of Luna / Blattgrun and Olympia ... shows how variable Luna is as a dekor as well ....
    Pic 2 and 3 bring in the ? Gelbgrun I/439 (the smaller piece carries the sme numbering) which was also posted recently ...
    Pic 4 is of these pieces with a flash rather than Photographic lamp (5500K) ... certainly makes a difference to the vibrancy of the pieces ...

      great comparison! Thank You for helping me to identify my vase!

      in the second pic to the right from the big Gelbgrun what is it? the green seems too prominent for Olympia but much warmer tone than in Blattgrun.

      Hi Mac missed that when I put up description ... is the opaque green glass from my last post on the IV/706 ... Russ. Grun we think ...was still sitting around and snuck it's way in there ...
