Not sure what they are, some type of large wooden and brass test leads. They are about 4' long. Spring loaded tips. The spring is filled with liquid and encased in glass. Very old. Any ideas? They have the bulbs on each that I would guess light upon voltage detection or circuit completion. Unknown.
There is a huge amount of information in your hand (first picture) that you failed to explain in your description. - Simply look up Schweitzer & Conrad, Inc. liquid power fuse and there is a trove of information to tell you what that is and what it was used for.
