    This card is beautiful with its bright color and detail.
    I recently noticed that the signature is that of the artist
    I'm intrigued as I can't find any info on this piece of mail
    The front bottom corner says J.C. Paris 127
    The back is in what language? Dutch ?

      Its Belgian! Wortel and Merksplas are near Antwerp.
