Vintage? Tigers Eye Heavy Necklace and Clip Earrings Set

I have a ton of jewelry I have acquired lately and this is another set unmarked. It is not of precious metals. They are very heavy and well made. The tigers Eye setting is gorgeous and I would love to know more about it.
