I found these in with some of my dad's stuff. They say Buick on them. They measure a little under 2 1/2 inches in length.

I have NO idea what they are, but they are super cool looking!

If anyone has info, I would love to find out what they are.

    Thanks in advance!

Those are so cool. I'm thinking those are oil plugs on pre 1920? engines.

I believe AzTom is somewhat correct, but I was thinking water jacket, for draining block in cold weather, I'm probably off, but what comes to mind.

Freeze plugs are not threaded and Buick did not make a flathead V-8.

Kerry, it could be a water jacket plug but all the ones I have seen were petcocks. I still have Model T Ford tool, about a two foot long rod with a tee handle on one end and a U shape to fit over the petcock handle on the other end. It kept you from having to crawl under the car.

You didn't give the diameter but from the picture I would go with yaneverknow. Measure the diameter and let us know.
