I believe this pattern to be called Blue Garland circa 1970-1990. Here is a link to the history of the company http://www.replacements.com/mfghist/joh.htm Hope this helps and good luck in your search!

This pattern, Blue Garland came out in 75-76. I received a full set as a wedding gift from my mother and grandmother when I married in '76. It was being sold at the Jewel grocery store with stamps that you'd get when you bought groceries. Each week the store would feature a different piece to keep shoppers coming back to collect all the pieces. Those pieces were made in Bavaria, Germany. Haviland was later bought out in the 90's by an American company in New York. This company continued to produce the pattern, but it was then American made which is not as valuable as the pieces actually made in Bavaria which is known for it's fine china. In the 70's, there was even a cross stitch table cloth and napkins kit of the pattern, also made by Haviland. That I didn't get. Too big of a project for young me at the time! Your pieces are highly collectible and I hope you enjoy them as much I have enjoyed mine for the past 38 years.
