During one of my recent rummage through my mum's china cabinet, I found some odd pieces of crockery which are from the 70s/80s and in mint condition. For some reason, she's missed using them or has stopped using them a long time back. There are 2 plates (for tea cups), a big soup bowl with rose design (in the Asian communal style of eating, soup is usually dished out in a big bowl placed in the middle of the table) and a couple of dinner plates with scalloped edge except that these plates seem to be deeper than the newer style plates, they are almost like the western soup plates. I am not so fond of the courting couple design but I do like the big roses. The bowl and plates have intact gold rims. These are all made in China.
