Has anyone else noticed a large influx of Jack in the Pulpit vases being posted this week? I did but could't add anything as I did not have one to post. All that changed late this week when this beauty appeared on the shelves. Couldn't do my usual swoop as it was behind the counter. Getting someone to help is a talent unto itself.
Westmoreland blue mist satin glass JIP. From what I could tell it was in production from 1935-1945. So this baby is about 70 years old...give or take.
I tried to end her perfection by having her fall to the ground of my car when I slammed on the breaks due to someone else sliding....but that just goes with this craptastic winter we are having. She's icy pretty but tough...not a scratch!

I started a care package the day I received the Pyrex dishes.
But since someone wouldn't give me any ideas... I went snooping thru your posts. I found a post of things you collect :p I have a similar piece packaged and in the Amber Rose box. I also put a few more items in there I thought you would like :) Now to get cookies and fudge made.

You know how it is, the craziest stuff pops up. Stuff that you are looking for is elusive or in someone else's basket. I had probably been to that thrift 10 times and walked out empty handed. Luck and persistence.
