I couldn't add anymore pictures to the other post of these items, or I just don't know how to yet. But I plugged them in, keeping my fingers crossed that they'd work, and they both lit up. Yippee....
I just wish i knew what type of slides, etc they'd use. haha
The Merit uses standard 2" X 2" photo slides - don't waste that bulb though, I understand the replacement is expensive.
The Bioscope - you can probably get glass slides anywhere microscopes are sold or even a hobby store. Not sure about the bulb.
thank you I just plugged in and turn light off and snapped few pics then turned off and unplugged :) so i wouldn't mess it up if dust, etc on bulb too. thanks. I'll be sure to use the bioscope if looking at pics or slides tho. thx aghcollect
