I'm not sure what this is but I think it's an antique.

I bought this today at a thrift store and I think it might be valuable. I'm guessing it's brass but I'm not exactly sure. It's eight inches across the bottom and about ten inches across the middle and top. It's three and a half inches from the bottom to the top, and around five inches from the bottom to the top of each handle. It's 1.65 kilograms or 3.63 pounds. The tub on the inside detaches and has its own lid.
