      I have this shape, in this size, in an example of Kralik pink Glatt Silberiris. The shape is not all that common, so I think Kralik is a good bet for the maker.

      I looked at it again this morning and my memory of it was wrong... it is put away and I had not looked at it for a while. It is a soft pink highly iridescent Glatt and not Glatt Silberiris. I still believe it to be Kralik though, and always have. I have also seen the shape in the Glatt Silberiris in pink.

      I will take a couple of pics and post it.
