This plate was cut by Hunt Cut Glass Co. of Corning, N.Y. around 1911. The pattern is called "Royal." 7" plates are very collectible especially in rare patterns. The Royal pattern is not considered rare. American cut glass was not always cut on a blown blank. Many companies used what are called "figured" blanks where the pattern, or a portion of the pattern is actuality put into the glass with the use of a mold. American companies also used blanks made in Europe.
Thanks all!!!
