Vannes Le Chanel lamp

This Vannes le Chanel lamp. This lamp was made after the pieces where bought because the sticker on the top piece is upside down as if it was a bowl at one time. The distributor was Avitar what year would that have been? and the wires should be a clue but I don't know much about that stuff..lol.
