Loetz? Vase In Bronze Stand

I'm not about this vase look like a Loetz vase,color is beautiful,sitting inside a bronze stand with ring handles,it's not brass,does not tarnish or turn dark,vase isn't signed,I bought this at a church sale 10 years ago,no chips or cracks,it's a mystery to me.
