I've searched the web since 2008 for information on the painting and artist,I bought this painting at a Goodwill Store in 2008,large Black Americana painting, measure 29"x36" with frame, very thick heavy canvas, has wood frame with metal holders on each corner of frame, there's a name on front,"Paco De Cardenas, also on frame in pencil,"M.H. Winston",has some dots of missing paint, need cleaning,I've displayed this painting in my home every since 2008,I would love to know something about it,I'm not sure but I believe it might be 18th century,I don't see a painting category.

By looking at the canvas I don't think its more than 50 yrs old. The weave is a dead giveaway. Also the stretcher that the canvas is on is no more than 30 yrs with those corner brackets as well as the frame itself. Find nothing on Artist??
