I. Have had this statue for over 35 years. It was given to me by my brother-in-law who apparently purchased it from Cristies in NY. They have not helped me to identify anything concerning my statue. I would appreciate it very much if you could help me as to how old, what country it is from,or just anything about it.

I fiddled with the image with the label and it looks like it says:
____??_____ "Plus" ( a small image on label of something vertical)...then says
