      looks like middle of the 1930s

      the pattern looks much like Imperial Glass #300 Constellation, c.1935 and made for many years in various colors; but the form does not patch anything I can find in that pattern. Then I came across this one by Libochovice c.1925-28; tho' not an exact match to the 1365 pitcher on this catalog page it is very close and possibly another piece not cataloged here:
