scott, strange thing...I don't want to rebuild it. I bought this one out of desperation...kinda....like a loss.

Val, many thanks my friend!!!
Kyle, I lost 5 loetz vases and 6 Kraliks....they were lifted from the storage area ..after the flooding of the apt. :(((((((((

Beautiful vase but owwwww!!!! on the loss. Hope the culprit is caught.
fortapache, I appreciate your kind thoughts...the culprit is my next door neighbor....she has been acting strange. She now parks her car on the street....for some reason instead of the garage. Which was next to my car and items she took. She will get Karma ....not of my doing.
Marty, many thanks my friend!!!
Hi Lee! Sorry to hear that. She will probably pawn them somewhere where you live. You have all the photos of them so keep your fingers crossed; they will find their way home. This one is breathtaking..congrats on finding it. BOB
jack, thanks for following.....but if I was allowed to tell the full story on CW it would make sense. The landlord gave me 30 minutes to evacuate the apartment. He fired the proper workers who would have packed and stored my items in a proper storage unit under lock and key. My wonderful landlord hired handymen who are un- licensed to pack and my items. He dicided to store them in the communal garaged carport. I was not allowed to come and see the items..as per his threat to evict my daughters and I. So hence I was unable to store them anywhere before he kicked me out of my own apartment...so the workers can tear down the walls to fix.
I hope this helps to figure out I was not stupid..but following the landlords instructions and threats. I was ignorant of the fact that this would happen.....thinking he was doing the right thing. Since I have not lived in an apartment for over 20 years.....but in homes.
Lee
Leah, I am sure you had it easier than me...with having insurance. I will work on getting insurance this year....since my collection has grown. The landlord owns hundreds of apartments...and he treats everyone like mice. I am new to owning vases and have to look into getting insurance for them.
Lee
I'd consider legal action-- your landlord's gross negligence (moving items, not securing them) resulted in the loss.
A small claims case would save you legal fees and get you most of the $ back depending on your jurisdictional limits.
scott
Very nice... Sorry to hear about the theft of your other glass. Scott has given a good suggestion. I was surprised to read the police would not do anything.
