Unidentified tangerine spatter with a cobalt blue base

This heads straight for the biggest part of my collection, other than tango glass, which is unidentified tango glass and unidentified spatters. I am hoping someone might recognise the shape or décor, but think it has puzzled others so don't hold out much hope at the moment.

I was hoping that the base, similar to my Kralik tango tricorn vase might be helpful but it differs in a number of ways - mainly that the Kralik one has the foot fused to clear casing glass whilst this one is not fused and a bit sloppy.

Any help to move this from "unknown" would be appreciated. Or any other examples - at least then it won't be on its own!
