Wedgwood or King's Lynn Glass, or something else?

This was one intriguing piece for me to acquire, it obviously has tango traits to it, but I believe it's relatively modern tango inspired piece. As I suggest in title, my guess is that it is Wedgwood, but I am not sure at all, so if anybody who is familiar with Wedgwood would like to weigh in You are very welcome to do so.

Searching for Wedgwood Glass pictures I did not find this exact piece, and most of them are acid etched, this has no markings so this might as well be something else.
